Squigglelfy Challenge....Use a Frame

Hi all...Today is the start of a new challenge over on the SQUIGGLEFLY CHALLENGE BLOG, and I have the cutest image to share with you today! This image is available over at the SQUIGGLEFLY store...and this image is called BABY COWGIRL by artist Fawn Palmer.
