Squigglefly challenge #1-Thank Yous

Hi! What better challenge right now, than a Thank You card? I am sure we all need to send a few Thank You's for all those awesome presents we just received over the holidays!! I have used one of the brand new images just released over at Squigglefly this past Saturday-Winkie's Snow Day Dreaming by artist Cheryl Alger~isn't he just adorable!!
I am not sure why I went with the dark background oval-but it had pink and blues that perfectly matched my image, so I thought it looked alright (they are hard to see in the photo-but they are there).  I used some burlap in the background, some crinkled seam ribbon, and  a few embellishments on the top and bottom, as well. This one was for my Mom who gave us all wonderful gifts!!! Thanks Mom!

    Hello my friend!! I LOVE this card. I love the darker oval, I think it really makes the snowman pop. I think your color choice is perfect. I love this card!!!
