Hello Friends! Time for another challenge!

Today is another challenge over at the INCY WINCY Challenge blog! Todays challenge is to make a card/project "for the little people" and is sponsored by MELJINS DESIGNS! I used this adorable little image to make a scrapbook page for my daughter Emily's book--she is 7 and I had only two pages done-both of which need to be re-done!!
This one is very plain-but OH so much better than either of the ones done so long ago! I loved working with this adorable little image--thanks Meljin Designs!
I only started cardmaking about 1 1/2 years ago, and figured it is time to begin the scrapbooking as well.
Prize for this weeks challenge is 4 digi images from MELJINS DESIGNS!

Emily's birthday card and matching purse

Hi! I just wanted to quick show you the card and matching purse I made for Emily for her birthday. I used the cricut carts "paisley" and "forever young".
The bike we found for her today has ladybugs on the seat-so thus the ladybug card and purse! She had her ears pierced a couple of months agao, and I haven't let her take the first earings out yet-so we also found some earings that are little ladybugs!!! They are in the purse, along with a couple of flavored chapsticks. Well, gotta go- gotta get ready to make cupcakes for her class tomorrow. Good night!

Straight from the nest

Hi! Just popped in to show you a card real quick-for Mothers day my hubby got me the Cricut Expression, and it came with 4 carts-this one is called Straight from the nest. I think the little owl on this cart is totally adorable! Hope you all have a great day-I am going shopping for Emily's birthday present-I'm looking for a bigger bike for her! The poor little thing has had a cough for a good week or so now-and so today she went to the DR.-she has a bad ear infection!!

FBD Challenge of the week....

Hi all! Today is Wednesday, and you know what that means, right? It means it is time for another FBD Challenge! I used a FBD image by Heather for this yummy card--doesn't it make you want a sundae?!!
I used some dp papers from K&CoMPANY-Berry Sweet, and also from Martha Stewart-but you can't really tell it is dp paper-cuz I used the plain side. The gems look like gumdrops to me, and I think they are from Martha Stewart as well. The sentiment came from my stamp set "Party" (Messy Rabbit). I popped up the strawberries and added puff paint, and stickles to the top of the sundae to try to make it look like whip cream. Well, go on over and check out the new FBD Challenge Blog---and don't forget to visit Fresh Brewed Designs while you are at it!!
