Peek-A-Boo Sunshine!!

Hello! Well, my new craft room is getting there...the lighting is done, the room is painted and the flooring is in. I can't wait for the rest to get finished!
Today is a new challenge over at FRESH BREWED DESIGNS CHALLENGES....it is ANYTHING GOES.
With all the sunshine things I have been doing for my Granddaughters first birthday party....I was still in the mood for more sunshine!

Recipe:
I used Peek-A-Boo Sunshine digi image from FRESH BREWED DESIGNS.
Also, the sentiment is from CardzTV stamp set "Hugs and Kisses" .
The grass and edging were made using the 'Fun Stitched Edges" dies from My Creative Time.
Designer papers are from Echo Parks "Spring" 6x6 paper pad that I purchased from The Cutting Cafe Shop.
I used my copics to color.
I wanted to share a picture of my Granddaughters "photo shoot" that her Mommy did....

Isn't she adorable? And so is her big brother!! I will share photos of him too soon....I am hoping there a few good ones on the camera that I havent had time to even look at yet!

Challenge-non living things....

Hello!
There is a new challenge over at FRESH BREWED DESIGNS CHALLENGES today! The theme this week is: Non-living things......and I have picked a perfect image to work with for this challenge!
I have used FRESH BREWED DESIGNS digi image: SUMMER FLIP FLOPS (this digi image comes with two different flip flops). My "Hello" sentiment also came from FRESH BREWED DESIGNS....it was a red rubber stamp.

Here is the front of my card

and here is a pic of the inside ( I also used a cutie embellishment that came from
Fresh Brewed Designs as well.

I think it is a perfect combo....flip flops and a frosty cool snowcone!!

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you will stop by the
 and play along!

This weeks Cutting Cafe's Inspiration....

Hi!
Hope the weather is as nice wherever you are as it is here! We had very nice weather this weekend, the kind where you just go outside and smile, cuz you don't have to wear all the extra layers to keep warm!
This week over on THE CUTTING CAFE BLOG,  we are using CLEAR CARDSTOCK....which is available over at THE CUTTING CAFE SHOP, along with lots of other crafting goodies such as gorgeous papers, ribbon, twine, and even clear stamps, and more...I will be showcasing one of the newest clear stamp sets soon.
The file I have used is from THE CUTTING CAFE, and is called JAR SHAPED CARDS. This set comes with several different Jars-a Cookie Jar, Candy Jar, and Plain Jar (Mason Jar).

I love the rhinestones all around the edge...they hide the tape that holds in the flowers so it can be a shaker card, and I love how it looks using the clear cardstock!!
There will be more inspiration using the clear cardstock over on THE CUTTING CAFE BLOG on Wednesday the 21rst.

New Challenge over at CARDZTV

Hello all!
This week over at CARDZTV the challenge is to make a gift bog or box for a teacher...
so I made this cute little Milk Carton with some smarties in it.

For the sentiment I used the CARDZTV stamp set MANY THANKS...

I just cut apart the You're appreciated, so it would fit nicely on the apple-then added another stamp from the same set-THANKS!
The Milk carton file came from The Cutting Cafe.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, my craft room isn't going as speedily as I had hoped-my husband went to get the flooring the other night, and found out that the flooring we had picked out has to be special ordered....how did we miss that sign when we picked it out?  : (
But, it is painted and the lighting is done....and it is nice and bright....whooohooo!!

I am so excited!!!

I can't hardly stand it, I am so excited!!! I have been saying for some time now, that I would like to change up rooms for my craft room. Well, the room I want to move my craft room to is finally empty, and Hubby FINALLY has agreed to let me switch up rooms.....I wanted to move my craft room because the other room has lots of Windows that look out towards the woods. I think it will be nice to be able to look out the Windows while I am crafting, and I think there will be better lighting! Hubby did a lot of projects in the current room, a big part of why he wasn't really for me switching rooms.....but I guess he has heard enough complaining that there isn't enough light, and that I really wish I had hard wood flooring in my craft room. Already hubby has made sure there is awesome new lighting!!
So, I will share a few photos soon....and then comes all the moving......I guess that w ill be a good time to go through everything t o see what all I really have!!  I think  maybe I shall do a blog candy when I get to the new room, so stay tuned!!

A Super Cute Card....

Hello!
This week over at THE CUTTING CAFE BLOG we were asked to make a card with the ASSORTED CARD FOLD SET 1 or ASSORTED CARD FOLD SET 2. I have used ASSORTED CARD FOLD SET 1 for my cute little card.

here is another pic:

Sentiment is from My Creative Times set: Teeny Tag Greetings.

The images are from the Peachy Keen and were made for Vivienne who had been on their Dt.
I found several posts HERE and HERE and HERE where I read about what a wonderful woman Viv was, and how cards were being made to honor her. I was so touched by all the great words shared about Viv, that I wanted to join in,even though I had not known her.

I hope you will stop by THE CUTTING CAFE BLOG and check out what the rest of the DT came up with  on Thursday, April 7th.
Also, a new and awesome file is available at THE CUTTING CAFE-
here is a pic of it.....(made by Regina herself)

3 tier just cake

and don't forget to check out the new CUTTING CAFE SHOP....where you can find all sorts of yummy crafting items, including paper-embellishments-even Clear Stamp Sets!
