Christmas shaped cards at THE CUTTING CAFE

Hi all!! Wow-sorry I am posting so late today...tis the season of running, trying to get everything done, bought, ordered, decorated......

This week at THE CUTTING CAFE we have been making 

Christmas Word Shaped Cards, and 

Christmas Shaped Shaker Cards...I have made a Mitten Shaped Shaker Card.

Is everyone as busy as I seem to have been for the last month? YIKES!! It seems like time is on warp speed or something lately!! Anyhow, have you checked out the new challenge over on the

Hi all....I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving! We didn't do too much, as we had just gotten back home from Alabama visiting my Grandma. It was sure a blessing to be able to visit and spend some time with her!!
For CARDZTV this week, the challenge is to make three small tags....

I used this cute little puppy (Create a critter cart) and santa hat (Pooh and Friends cart) cut out with my Explore. My sentiment is from CARDZTV and is perfect-it is from

Thanksgiving with THE CUTTING CAFE

HI all!! Well, hope the weather is being nice to you, the kids here in East Jordan, Michigan (as well as a bunch of other towns in our area)  had their first snow day already-unbelievable!! This weather is just crazy any more!!

Well, with Thanksgiving right around the corner, we were asked to use a Thanksgiving file this week for our inspiration....so I have used THE CUTTING CAFE's  set:

Gift card Holders with CardzTV

Are you all getting yucky weather too? I am so not ready for winter driving!! Each year I like winter driving less and less!!

Well, enough about the weather-can't change it, so guess I may as well stop complaining about it, huh?!  So, I know I have already said this before, but I LOVE my Explore---and Design Space--what a great combo. I made this gift card holder on my Explore, and therefore I am not even sure which carts these items are off of....I will try to watch that closer the next time!

I can tell you that for my sentiment I used CARDZTV stamp set "More Critter Captions", which you can find HERE. Isn't that such a fun stamp set!!

New Squigglefly Challenge...

The new challenge over on the Squigglefly Challenge Blog today is to make a Christmas Card-and as a bonus - use non traditional colors.

I forgot to do mine in different colors--so pretty traditional here....check out the rest of the DT though....as there are a few non-traditional cards!

For my card, I have used Squigglefly image: Which List Snowman by artist Cheryl Alger Grant.

Isn't he adorable?!!! I love the vintage look paper, too!
