Christmas Tags with CardZTV....

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families! I sure did! All of my kiddos were home, (even my daughter who moved less than a year ago to N.C.!) it was really nice...cooking, eating, laughing, catching up....I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family!!

Well, today is the start of a new challenge over at

Good morning! I have a quick 3D Thanksgiving card to share with you today....
that is the theme over at CARDZTV BLOG this week......3D Thanksgiving Cards.

The sentiment I have used for my little Turkey Treat Cup, is: MANY THANKS found over at the CARDZTV stamp store!

I guess my little fella must think he is safe by now, with Thanksgiving right around the corner-so he is FEELING THANKFUL he is still around!!

My TURKEY TREAT CUP CARD was made mostly using a file from THE CUTTING CAFE....I cheated, and used a treat cup from SU, rather than making my own....but the file includes the cut-out for one!! This week the challenge is: LOTS OF LATTES.

We are doing the challenge as an inspiration theme or colors- here is pic to inspire you....

I have used FRESH BREWED DESIGNS Digi Image: LATTE CUP, and have used some of the colors from the photo.....

I see I should have went with a different color for the letters, so it would pop off of the latte cups more, but I think it is a fun card for a Coffee-Latte lovers Birthday!!

Taking a scrapbooking class....

Hi all! I am taking a class right now, through Nicolejones911-Stretch your kit- in the class she goes over how she makes page kits-how to put together the papers and embellishments, etc...I am very excited to learn this process, as I want to broaden the card making to getting more scrapbooking done as well-(I have ALOT of catching up to do!!) (YEARS AND YEARS).
I was also excited about this class, as I would love to make my own scrapbooking kits from my stash-rather than going out and purchasing more and more!
So, I have made my first kit-I came up with 8 page kits to start out with...here are my first two pages made with the kit I put together...
