New Squigglefly Challenge....Add a Cupcake to your card/project...

Hi all! Did you all have a wonderful Mothers Day? I know I did! All of my children, my grandson, my Mother and my husbands Mother and Father, and my sons fiance's family, along with my husband and myself, got together for dinner at a favorite place of ours to eat....it was very nice to be able to spend it all together!

Our new challenge over on the Squigglefly Challenge Blog is to add a cupcake to your card/project....I had fun deciding which cupcake I was gong to use! Here is my card...I decided to use Squigglefly's CUPCAKE SWEETIE by Robin Willis-I just fussy cut out the cupcake...I also used a newer image's sentiment: TWINKLE TOES by Fawn Palmer. The image of an adorable Hippo actually comes with 4 different sentiments and also some music notes....it is a "MUST SEE" image set....with a cuteness factor of about 15 out of 10...if ya get what I mean!! : )  I have colored up my image with copics, added a couple of rhinestones, and I  used some Glossy Accents on the cherry heart! I also used a couple MCT dies to place my cupcake on, and for my sentiment.

I also wanted to share real quick the box card I made for my Grandson to give my daughter....( Mary from CARDZTV has an awesome tutorial HERE on how to make them.) I can't believe how easy they actually are to make!

MCT challenge....made from a CARDZTV tutorial....

Hello! I wanted to share a Mothers Day Card I made....I have MCT's new flower dies (stitched Pretty Flowers and Leaf) for the Flowers in my little box Card. I made my box card using the video by MARY from CARDZTV....she has an excellent how to video, HERE.

I am bummed that the bottom layer of papers I used didn't show in the picture...and I already gave it to the little girls to give their Mom. I used SU papers and sentiment.

I would like to enter this into the MCT Designer Mothers Day Challenge.

Springtime with THE CUTTING CAFE...

Hello...Have you always wanted to have it all...including the white picket fence in the front yard? Well, I haven't got the white picket fence up in the front yard, and I am not thinking one is going up any time soon...but...I can now make a card with a white picket fence!!! This set by THE CUTTING CAFE is so awesome, I have loved making this card!! The file is: TULIP CARD SET. I have to say that I am so excited to be back on THE CUTTING CAFE DT!!

I have doubled up the butterfly, so it 3d, but you can't really tell from this photo. I used SU designer papers that I have had for years....and since I store them in a different place, I always forget to use them! My sentiment is from CARDZ TV: Hugs and Kisses, and my cloud is from MY CREATIVE TIMES: Fly Away With Me Dies.

The Stamping Boutique has a new challenge up...a Sketch challenge

Hi all! There is a new challenge over at THE STAMPING BOUTIQUE CHALLENGE BLOG.
This week the challenge is a sketch challenge: (sorry it looks like I touched it before the ink dried-and smeared it! )

                                                                           My card:

I have used The Stamping Boutique image: Gumball Machine Digital Image.
My Sentiment and the 25Cents came from The Cutting Cafe's Set: Gumball Machine Shaped Card Template. I have colored up my image with Copics, and  used some twine from my stash. I have also used two Sunset Orange Skittles from DoubleClick Connections. Designer papers are from a Studio G paper pack.
