Hi all!! It has been a pretty awesome Sunday!! We went to Traverse City to show my oldest daughter Brittany our new puppy--while we were there we went to PetSmart and bought our new little Max a crate for when we are away, and some other necessities. This little sweater my Chelsie had to buy for him while we were there! Too bad he does not like it one bit to put it on him, cuz he just shivers going out to go potty-it is so cold here lately!! He was a little nervous about riding in the car at first, but did settle down and even slept part of the way! He is such a good boy-he is very cuddly--and already doing an awesome job at potty training too!!

I also wanted to show you a card I made today using the newest set from the very talented Regina over at The Cutting Cafe-this set is called: Beautiful Flowers-colored printable stamp set. This stamp set is so awesome--I have used only a few of the items included in the set...there is so much more!!!

OUR NEW ADDITION-MAX

My daughter has been begging us for a puppy for a couple of months now...We have finally gave it a second thought, and we bought one last night!! He is SO adorable!! He is a Yorkie and Pomeranian mix and is 8 weeks old. Wanna see him? Here is a pic of my daughter Emily holding him-it is a little blurry-I will get many more pics though!! She has named him Max--I liked Teddy-but Emily liked Max-so Max it is!

The Cutting Cafe Valentines Cards

Hi all! I had a great day today--I finally got my blog candy up---it is starting out small-but I will add something to it with every 10 new commenters! So make sure to tell everyone! Go HERE to enter.

Today I went to a friends and we all made some cards--she showed me how to do IRIS folding--so soon I will try a card with it to show you! I finished up my daughters Valentine cards for her classmates. I have used ANIMAL AND BUG MINI COLORED CIRCLE SET  and ANIMAL AND BUG LOVE for these cuties! I am really happy with how they turned out! Of course the pink ones are for the girls and the blue and red for the boys!

Blog Candy-UPDATED

Well, I finally got around to my blog candy-it is starting out small and with every ten comments I will add something extra--This blog candy will be up until my birthday which is Feb. 11--I will then pick a winner with the help of random.org.  This candy includes a rubber stamp from Fresh Brewed Designs-so cute, and few other items I have had and haven't used yet, or have duplicates of--so figure they might as well go to a new home!!

Emily's Crafty project/and SF Thank you card

Need ideas for some crafty projects for the kids to do? I found this website with some nifty ideas- so today my Emily (7 years old) has made a piggy for her Dad for Valentines day.

She has also made a Thank You for a Christmas present she received--a gorgeous music box--so we found an excellent set of images-it has 5 images with it and is called Ballerina Music Box on Squigglefly, and this is the card she made with very little help from me! Emily insisted on taking the pictures too!

A CUTTING CAFE CARD

I have a card to show you today that is made with a couple different sets from THE CUTTING CAFE.

The first one used is a brand new printable set: Animal and Bug Love,(ELEPHANT) and the second set used is: All about Valentines day (Heart Tree). Regina  has a ton of great printable stamp sets for Valentines--you really don't want to miss out on-so go on over and check them out at THE CUTTING CAFE.
I have used a dp from SU, a SU stamp from the set Teeny tiny Wishes,  and some embellishments.

My swap cards(SU and Squigglelfy) and my challenge layout.

Hi everyone!
I thought I would show you my swap cards that I have finally finished.
The birdie one is a SU stamp from a set called Fun and Fast notes, and the sentiment is from another SU set called Thank You kindly.

The Dragonfly and Button Flower are both images from Squigglefly. And ya know, I really must say that I think I do enjoy creating with the digital images more than the stamps! The stamps kept smearing and I had to re-do--I just don't have near that much trouble with digi's! Anyways, hope you like them! And I really hope the gals who are going to receive them will like them and be able to make use of them!

Another Fresh Brewed Challenge

Hi everyone! It is Wednesday again.... which means it is time for a new challenge! This week the challenge over at Fresh Brewed Designs is: Black and White and one other color!

 I have picked this adorable little heart peeking out of the envelope for my image- this image is available over at Fresh Brewed, and there are lots and lots of other awesome Valentine images to pick from too-so head on over and take a peek! Speaking of peek---would you like a sneek peek of an image that will be coming on January 19th--the day of the hop?

Hi everyone!!! I am excited today to show you a set of valentines (3x3) that I have made with several sets from The Cutting Cafe.
I have used for the box- The Post It Note Box With Top
 Cards: Mini Valentine Sentiments backgrounds
also, I have used the little circle sentiment in front of box and another on top of the box from the new set Words of Love printable set
I have also used my SU 3 heart punch -using the middle sized heart.

I hope you enjoy this set--I had lots of fun putting it together!

The Cutting Cafe Goodie bag/turned card

Hi everyone! Hope all is well in your little corners of the world! I have a card I made today to show you. It started out as a Heart Goodie bag which you can find at The Cutting Cafe. This gorgeous cake is also available there--how cool huh?! I put my adhesive strips on in the wrong direction to the cake, so it made it not want to give where I wanted it to give-so what do you do? I made a card out of it! A few embellishments, some ribbon to look like icing, a conversation heart, faux sewing, and some gemstones, and some cardstock and it is now a Birthday Card-ready to go!

Love Card

Just a quick post to show another Cutting Cafe card. This one  is made with the Fun with Valentines Day printable set.

I cut out the" Love" and the "calendar page" by hand-colored with copics, added a flower and heart embellishment,  and there you go--how easy peasy is that?

Karbers Digital Images Card

Hi all-
Hope you are enjoying the first day of the new year! I slept in, as Emily stayed at a friends house last night. Tonight the friend is staying at our house! I had previously purchased this adorable little image, and with all the holiday hub-bub, I had not had time to make anything with her. She is Bee Leslie, and is available over at Karbers Digital Images--hope you like her as much as I do.
