3-D Challenge for CARDZTV....Graduation

Hi all!! I am so proud and excited to announce that I will be on the CARDZTV Design Team for the summer!! I am also thrilled that Mary picked me to be on the 3-D Team!! 3-D is something that is a little out of my comfort zone, which is just what I needed! 

For my 3-D GRADUATION project I have made a MONEY WREATH....I got the idea from watching the video tutorial on Holly Youngs Blog-Hog Wild about Stamping...she has an awesome tutorial on just how to make these wreaths- HERE.

I made my wreath in to a "boy" Graduation Wreath....

I have used the young mans school colors, and made it into a little guy face....the glasses and Mustache are from CARDZTV STAMP SET- YOU'RE THE MAN. 

The "YOU DID IT" sentiment is from the

  CARDZTV  STAMP SET-IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU.

    

The Graduation Cap and Bow Tie were cut out on my Cricut--I am pretty sure the Graduation cap is from Everyday Paper Dolls-but I have apologize I can not remember where the Bow tie was cut from....

Challenge #19-The Stamping Boutique

Hi all!! I would like to share my card for the new challenge going on over at THE STAMPING BOUTIQUE  CHALLENGE BLOG this week....DOTS!! ( I love Dots!!)
I went with a sentiment card....the image I have used is: Follow Your Dreams-available in the THE STAMPING BOUTIQUE STORE.

I love this sentiment....am thinking of doing some sort of wall hanging with it...

New Squigglefly Challenge....Square card

Hi ya all!
Hoe you are all enjoying some special family time today, and having a blessed Memorial Day!
I wanted to share a card with you that I made for the new Squigglefly challenge over at the
Squigglefly Challenge Blog...I have used one of the SQUIGGLELFY images that comes in the set TWINKLE TOES by Fawn Palmer. This whole set just makes me HAPPY!! I love the Hippo, and all the cute music notes are so much fun!!

The Happy Birthday is from a SU set.

MY CREATIVE TIME CHALLENGE....

Hello! I actually got to come down to my craft room today!! : )  Hip Hip Hooray!!
I wanted to join in the challenge over at My Creative Time's DESIGNER CHALLENGE before it was too late....here is the photo inspiration for the colors to use.

Here is my card:

(sorry, I could NOT get a good pic of this card!!)

I used both the photo and the colors for my inspiration.

I have used MCT's:

***Build a Pretty Flower stamp set....(I hand-cut out 5 of the one stamp, and glued them all together...then cut out one middle piece to put on top....I used stickles on it to make it pop.) 

 ***Stitched Pretty Flowers and Leaves Dies for the stem of my flower.

***Floral Sentiments for the sentiment.

Block week at THE CUTTING CAFE...

This week at THE CUTTING CAFE we are showcasing the new BLOCK SET, another FABULOUS set from REGINA!  This set comes with several different size boxes. These blocks are perfect for making Artist Trading Blocks and Piggy Banks. I have decided to make a girly girl piggy bank out of mine....Isn't she adorable?!

Simply print, and cut....I even cut mine out by hand, and it was so simple!!

I used the bow and heart dies from MCT and the Sentiment tag was from SU....The sentiment itself, is included in the BLOCK SET. I added a fun little "piggy" tail out of a pipe cleaner, and it curls up just perfectly!!

New Squigglefly Challenge....Add a Cupcake to your card/project...

Hi all! Did you all have a wonderful Mothers Day? I know I did! All of my children, my grandson, my Mother and my husbands Mother and Father, and my sons fiance's family, along with my husband and myself, got together for dinner at a favorite place of ours to eat....it was very nice to be able to spend it all together!

Our new challenge over on the Squigglefly Challenge Blog is to add a cupcake to your card/project....I had fun deciding which cupcake I was gong to use! Here is my card...I decided to use Squigglefly's CUPCAKE SWEETIE by Robin Willis-I just fussy cut out the cupcake...I also used a newer image's sentiment: TWINKLE TOES by Fawn Palmer. The image of an adorable Hippo actually comes with 4 different sentiments and also some music notes....it is a "MUST SEE" image set....with a cuteness factor of about 15 out of 10...if ya get what I mean!! : )  I have colored up my image with copics, added a couple of rhinestones, and I  used some Glossy Accents on the cherry heart! I also used a couple MCT dies to place my cupcake on, and for my sentiment.

MCT challenge....made from a CARDZTV tutorial....

Hello! I wanted to share a Mothers Day Card I made....I have MCT's new flower dies (stitched Pretty Flowers and Leaf) for the Flowers in my little box Card. I made my box card using the video by MARY from CARDZTV....she has an excellent how to video, HERE.

I am bummed that the bottom layer of papers I used didn't show in the picture...and I already gave it to the little girls to give their Mom. I used SU papers and sentiment.

I would like to enter this into the MCT Designer Mothers Day Challenge.

Springtime with THE CUTTING CAFE...

Hello...Have you always wanted to have it all...including the white picket fence in the front yard? Well, I haven't got the white picket fence up in the front yard, and I am not thinking one is going up any time soon...but...I can now make a card with a white picket fence!!! This set by THE CUTTING CAFE is so awesome, I have loved making this card!! The file is: TULIP CARD SET. I have to say that I am so excited to be back on THE CUTTING CAFE DT!!

I have doubled up the butterfly, so it 3d, but you can't really tell from this photo. I used SU designer papers that I have had for years....and since I store them in a different place, I always forget to use them! My sentiment is from CARDZ TV: Hugs and Kisses, and my cloud is from MY CREATIVE TIMES: Fly Away With Me Dies.

The Stamping Boutique has a new challenge up...a Sketch challenge

Hi all! There is a new challenge over at THE STAMPING BOUTIQUE CHALLENGE BLOG.
This week the challenge is a sketch challenge: (sorry it looks like I touched it before the ink dried-and smeared it! )

                                                                           My card:

I have used The Stamping Boutique image: Gumball Machine Digital Image.
My Sentiment and the 25Cents came from The Cutting Cafe's Set: Gumball Machine Shaped Card Template. I have colored up my image with Copics, and  used some twine from my stash. I have also used two Sunset Orange Skittles from DoubleClick Connections. Designer papers are from a Studio G paper pack.
