Oh my goodness the possibilities are endless with this set....I had so much fun with it, and even have cut out a a couple more to play with!!

We have to make a trip tomorrow to visit the DR.'s (almost 4 hours away from us) once again for my daughter Emily's arm which was broke two summers ago.  They are worried about the growth plate closing. I pray all goes ok!

Squigglefly Challenge #21-Just Around The Corner...

Hi fellow bloggers! I have a card for the new Squigglefly challenge to share with you today...
I have used the digi image DO YOU LIKE STRAWBERRIES by Diane Carubia. I love this image--it is just so cute, and I love strawberries!!
the inside of my card:

I have made this card to go with a small present for Emily's teacher, for the end of the year "Thank You".
I made one almost the same the last year, and was so happy with it, that I thought I would do the same thing again this year.
I have made this little container from a tutorial I found HERE. I have also used a set from The Cutting Cafe called  Berry Sweet Greetings-Printable Stamp Set and also cut the strawberries from the Cafe's Strawbery trio shaped card set file.
We will put a strawberry plant inside the cute container!
Thanks for stopping by!

HONEY Bee Card with a FRESH BREWED DESIGNS digi...and SURPRISE candy

Hi all!
I am so excited to share a card with you, that I have made with a digital image from:
                                                      FRESH BREWED DESIGNS
...this adorable little bee is called: HONEY BEE.

I have colored him up with my copics-and even used a few scraps, a SU sentiment and touch of ribbon. I fussy cut him out, so that I could pop dot him up! All the little dots around the edge, are supposed to resemble a little bee trail... here is my card:

A SPECIAL NOTE FROM BEAR

Hi all!
Just stopping in real quick to say HI and to share a card I made for a co-worker. The first day I worked with this gal she said..."do you still make those awesome cards?"...(she must have came to one of my garage sales or something?)  But then she got sick shortly after that, and has been in the hospital, so, I thought she would like to get a card, so I made one for her and took it to work for everyone to sign.
I have used a digi image from Squigglefly called: A SPECIAL NOTE FROM BEAR by artist Diane Carubia. Isn't he so precious?!! I also have used Skittles that I have purchased from Carri at DOUBLECLICK aka A BUSY BEE, and they can be found HERE...and she has a new release called DESERT RELEASE with 6 new fabulous colors! I hurried and ordered mine--2 sets of them, cuz they are gorgeous!
Well, I will be back tomorrow, and there will be a small blog candy--so make sure to stop back by!

Keeping Calm with The Cutting Cafe...

Hi all! I sure didn't get much done this weekend! Saturday was Emily's 10th birthday party-the girls had a silly string party...wow...that stuff is messy!! Thankfully I decided that they could only do that outside! Today I have babysat my niece and my daughters puppy after church, so didn't get the garage sale stuff done yet-yikes, I only have Wednesday off, so guess I will be getting ready for that ALL day Wednesday! I am selling lots of my SU stamp sets, and lots of items that I had purchased only months ago for the daycare. Yep, I had to close the daycare, I just didn't have enough kids to make it work. I have already found another job-so hope to get enough hours there!
Well, I had time to play a tiny bit today and last night-and have made a card for my post for The Cutting Cafe....we were asked to use one of the "Keep Calm and..." sets. I picked the Keep Calm and Have a Great Birthday Printable Stamp Set. I have used the digital stamp on the inside of my card. Here is a pic of the color challenge pic I am entering it into over at Docerela's Color Pallete Challenge #38.

Here is the outside of my card:
And here is the inside made with THE CUTTING CAFE File: Isn't it just perfect!?!

Thanks for stopping by today--hope your week is a blessed one!

My Craft Room...

Ok, so like I said yesterday, I have cleaned my craft room after my hubby made a spot for me to be able to have my Imagine under my desk, and I wanted to show it to you all, cuz there is a link up party to show your craft room over at ... Craftin Desert Divas---how fun is that?!! I love to look through and get ideas from pics of other craft rooms!! So, here is mine...

I have brought out my bags of scraps and put them overhead, so maybe I will use them more often. I got rid of a LOT of my stamp sets, as I use mostly digi images now, so hubby made bars to hold my ribbons. Sorry the pics are not lighted so greatly!
My stickles and punch corner.
I have a twirling rack full of stamps and things, it makes it nice and easy to find what I am looking for.
here is my storage for embellishments and cricut carts, and paper pads.
and here I keep items to alter-more paper-more stamps-envelopes-flowers and other goodies.
and lastly-my new spot for my imagine, so that I can actually use it!
and it even pulls out for easy access!

Hope you have enjoyed seeing my craft space! Make sure to stop over to the Craftin Desert Divas to check out many more!!

I am so excited!

My hubby made a shelf for my Cricut imagine to sit on--under my desk!! Yeah!( I haven't used it for forever-because it was so big, I put it away and put my expression back on my desk.) But now I can have both and I am so excited!! It inspired me to clean up my craft room yesterday--now I just have to dust and then I will get some pics to show you--the shelf is not "pretty" but functional, which is all I had asked...

I found that I have not used my bags of  "scraps", seeming that most of them were over in the closet--so I brought them out onto a shelf right above where I sit--maybe I will reach for them more now...I even went through the extra drawer of scraps, and added them to the bags--each of its own color!! And I found that I have a whole basket of digi images that have already been printed--and I mean a whole basket!! Goodness--now I know where all that ink has went!!!

So, watch for the pics in the next day or two--and after I get Emily's birthday party over with and my sons Graduation party over with-and the garage sale (Memorial Day weekend) over with, I WILL be doing a blog candy to help me reach 300 followers--so stop back by often, so you don't miss out!!

Sunny and Docerela....

Hi all! I  am just getting done making a Mothers Day card. Whew...just in time, huh?!! I found a post over on Carri's-(Double Click Connections) blog for the next challenge over at  Docerela Creations to use:
THE SUN...how fun!! I loved the sun that Carri used on her card for the challenge--and I actually have that cartridge, so I decided to use the same one. It is from Doodle Charms. I added a couple of clouds with heart middles-a face from Peachy Keen-some skittles from Carri's and handmade a kite from some of the papers from the paper pad I was using--which ironically was called: The fun in the Sun Summer glitter pack from DCWV, and a Stampin Up sentiment in the lower corner. I also added a little doodling--and embellishments on the kite--and there ya go!! What a fun challenge--Thanks Docerela!!

I am glad you got the chance to stop over today--take care!

Time for fun with THE CUTTING CAFE...

Hi all! My weekend wasn't near long enough--how about yours?
I have used a file from THE CUTTING CAFE to make my daughters invites for her birthday...the file I used was: Window Cards-Templates-Cutting Files which has 22 different window cards!! What a fabulous way to make several cards easy peasy. Since I didn't have enough of the patterned paper to make all the invites I needed-I used the cut-outs to make the rest! Gotta love that--no waste!! I added some flower middles to the butterflies on the cutout cards,  for their antennae--how cute!

pic of the ones made with the scraps: on the left---

Well, run on over and check out all the Gorgeous files REGINA has available at THE CUTTING CAFE--and have a great week!
