one of my Christmas presents done...

I have seen something like this on Pinterest-so thought I would make my daughter Brittany one for Christmas-obviously I need to get a black dry erase marker for her - as I think  it would show up much better!
I have used Papers from:
My Minds Eye-Lost and Found-Breeze
Cosmo Cricket-Earth Love
My Minds Eye-Miss Caroline
Basic Grey-Lemonade
Black vinyl-cut on my Cricut using Disney Mickey Font Cartridge

We have decided that this year, we are mostly doing homemade gifts for everyone, including the kids. Later, after I get some more done, I will show pics of the bed, table and chairs-etc... that Kevin has made for Emily's American Girl Doll  and the outfits I have made for her as well.  Have a Great day!

MCT Designer Challenge/Tag Challenge

Hello!
Today I would like to share with you a tag I made to send to my Grandma--my daughter just had her baby on Halloween, and this is not only my first Grandbaby-but he is also my Grandmas first Great Great Grandbaby, and I know she is just waiting for a photo of him!
Over at My Creative Time they are having a Designer challenge gave out by Miss Ruthie, to make a tag that is at least 4 x 6, and to use MCT stamps or dies if you have them. So, I have used a sentiment and coordinating die from the Just Simply Live stamp/die set. The cute little elephant is from Create a Critter.
Thanks for stopping by-hope to be back soon!

Hot Chocolate Holder...with TCC and SF

HI! This week Regina From THE CUTTING CAFE asked us to do a project with one of the following: Hot Chocolate Holder (which is the one I decided to make)-Tea Bag Holder-or the Shaped Christmas Card Set ( I did get the chance to make 4 of the Christmas bulb cards-but have not had the chance yet to make the box or any of the other three shaped cards). I have to tell you that it was hard to decide which one to do, they are all so fun, and these files are so easy to create with!!

 Here is the inside:
I have used digital papers from Squigglefly called Winter Wonderland by Inger Harding. These papers are lovely!! I made a brad to match the papers with my Imaginisce tool, colored a few flowers with my copics, added a few pearls, ribbon and 2 tags from the matching Winter Wonderland Tags-and of course a couple packets of Hot Chocolate...and you have a fun little gift for a co-worker/Teacher etc.... I also used the same set of papers for the 4 bulb cards.

I hope you like my inspiration today--but there will be lots more that you can look through on Wednesday evening over at The Cutting Cafe Blog--go check out some of the other DT's projects!!
Have a great day!

MCT's Designer challenge

Hi all! Today I am sharing a card I have made to the follow the Designer Challenge given out by Shar for My Creative Time. Her challenge was to use three flowers, and the twist was you had to use these three colors on it as well.
So, here is my take on it. I have used MCT's Flower Petal Dies for my flowers. I have also used My Creative Time's Floral Sentiments for the Happy Birthday.
Thanks for stopping by today! I would love to have you leave a comment-
