Pink Paisley Elephant (cricut)

I told you the other day that I have recently purchased the Paisley Cricut Cartridge--and I am so loving this one!!! Here is another card I have made with it! I am trying to learn how to cut out the blackouts and the little items that go with the images-and trying to get them all the right sizes!! I am finding it is much easier to do without being on the Design Studio. On Friday though, I am going to purchase a DVD put out by the Pink Stamper--I know it will have lots of info and I am sure to learn some neat tricks watching it-I will keep you posted on that! Have you ever visited Robyn at My Pink Stamper? She has tons of videos of cards/& projects that she has video taped for you to watch!! Go give her a shout! Happy Wednesday!

Thank You!

Hi -just thought I would pop on here real quick and show you another card I made tonight. This is a thank you for a couple of ladies who made lots and lots of cookie dough for the Girl Scout lock-in party. My camera is not picking up the colors correctly-but you can kinda tell what it looks like anyways. This image is from Mcmahonfivedesings.

Quick lunch break make

Hi! Heehee-I got enough of a lunch break today to make a quick card! I have stamped up an image from the SU set Serene Spring, and colored it with my copics. I used some new papers from the DCWV-linen closet stack. Piled up a few flowers, inked up around the edges with my new Distress Ink-(I used it the first time last week, so had to get another color to try out too--I really like these!!)it is weathered wood color. I used it on one of my flowers to try to pull the colors together too. Well, back to work I go--only 12 more days now!! : ) I am so excited-sorry to bore you with it though!

Happy Easter!

This is another image from Fresh Brewed Designs-I thought it would be perfect to make an Easter Card with...isn't it just like a kiddo to get paint all over herself!! I really am into the
Easter-y pastel colors right now--I guess because they are so SPRING-and I definitely have SPRING FEVER!
Did I tell you all yet the big news in our household? My daughter Chelsie is engaged, and plans to get married in September. I thought it was so sweet when her boyfriend came and asked us-I didn't think guys did that anymore!!! So back on my diet I need to get-thus the NEED for spring to get here-somehow I think it will help get me back in the groove of dieting!! Have a great Monday everyone!

little chickie...

Awwhhhh.... how cute is this little guy? He is SO blessed -the butterflies even love him! I think the way the have landed on him makes him look like an angel chickie! : )
I kinda ruined the card when I tried to put the Happy Easter around the edges-but thought I would show it anyways-as it is such an adorable image! I used my new fence punch and some new papers I got this weekend from K&Company-itsy bitsy. The image is another one Fresh Brewed Designs-thank you Heather!!!

I can show you now....

Hi everyone! The card I am showing today is one that I made a couple of weeks ago, I just couldn't show it then. Anyways, I used my cricut with my Hello Kitty cart. I did the sentiment on my computer-I thought it turned out kind of cute.
I went and stayed the night at my daughter Brittany's last night, and while I waited for her to get out of work-I went to JoAnnes and Michaels and shopped ! Yahoo they have such cute things out right now! I did get some new goodies-one being the Martha Steward Picket Fence Punch--I think it is just so awesome, and I always enjoy seeing it on cards that you all make! So watch for some cards coming soon incorporating that punch! Then we went to dinner and went and saw the movie Bounty Hunter with Jennifer Aniston...it was a great pick--we really enjoyed it!!! Well, off soon to my Father in laws for his belated Birthday! Hope you all had as great of a weekend as I did!

**count down****for when the new gal comes to our office-and then I get to REALLY work part-time! I can not wait!!!!

13 more days!

And the CUTENESS continues....

Lookie these little bags I made too--how stinkin cute are they --these little chickies are SOOOOO Cute! Heather has this adorable little image for sale in her shop-FRESH BREWED DESIGNS-she has many more than just these little cuties-need something for a boy for Easter? She has a camouflage little chickie, and lots more!! Hurry-go check them out! I made these for my girls-each with their favorite color of bows!

HAVE YOU........???? **EDITED**

Have you seen these these OH SO CUTE little boxes for Easter! There is a Bunny and a Chickie and a Lamb that I have seen so far. I first saw them on Chercroppins blog-and she had a link to HERE for the tutorial. I have seen them already on other blogs too, but no wonder as they are just Happy, wonderful, gorgeous, fun....get the idea? I am just tickled pink with my first one-I had to used my cricut to cut out the Wide Oval-and use a couple others that weren't right on the size-but I think she turned out fine-tastic! I added a ribbon instead of the wire-as I didn't have any. And I added a flower -cuz I wanted her to be girly - girl!! (whoops-bunny)
I have now added the duckie I did as well, think I will add a bow to him-and I had forgotten the little dots on my girlies wittle bunny nose! She has fluffy cotton ball tail too!
