Fun Squigglefly MYSTERY contest!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I got out of work yesterday and went to TC to see my daughter-and we went to Michaels and lunch-unfortunately Michaels still didn't get in the I-rock tool-that they were out of the week before that  : (  How sad!!! I got a rain check this time--but may just go ahead and order it online--I am anxious to try it out, specially since I bought two packs of the jewels that are sitting here waiting to be opened!
On to the challenge--what a fun one it is! Part 1 is to follow the sketch. Part 2 is to make your card to get xtra points-but you have no idea of what the xtra points are--they could be for an embellishment you use-or the color-etc.... there are 20 xtra points you can earn--but they are a MYSTERY! Well, here is my card-hope I win lots of extra points!!! (You must use at least one SF image to qualify) Go here to check it out!

Emma's Throwback Thursday

NO CRICUT CUTS--that was the challenge over at Emma's Throwback Thursday -this week. Again, I think my post is late--but I am not sure as I am not positive which time zone I am in! My hubby has told me a gazillion times, and I still can't keep it straight. Either way, I thought I would show the card I made. I know this little gal looks like she is dirty--but that is how this paper pack was made!!! It is Jacks World by Cosmo Cricket, and when I first got it-I emailed them and told them there was something wrong with the paper as it looked dirty--they so kindly sent me a new pack--which was exactly the same, and here I had already thrown the other pack away--I could have kicked myself! I guess it is to look like Jack was playing with everything! It is really a cute set--and it really kind of grows on you! The stickers and stamps and ribbon were all part of the set--as well as the patterned paper. Thanks for stopping by!

Squigglefly challenge

If you want to enter my blog candy go HERE
Hi-I hope everyone is having a great Saturday!
The challenge over on the Squigglefly challenge blog this week is to make a creation with your favorite Squigglelfy image. I have way too many favorite SF images to pick a single favorite--but came across this one, and I love the simplicity and elegance of it!! If you haven't been over to the SF site lately--you will want to hop on over there soon, as they have LOTS of awesome new images!! I even got out the fun flock that Holly at Hog Wild about Stamping had sent me way back when I was on the DT for SF! (so I know you probably can't tell in the picture-but the cactus is fuzzy!) I think the ladies are coming over tomorrow and we are going to do lots of cricut cuts...will show you if we come up with anything good!

Let's face it Friday--PKS

To enter my blog candy go HERE
I am thrilled that there is a new challenge over at the Peachy Keen Stamp challenge blog! It is called Let's face it Friday-because you need to use Peachy Keen Stamp faces in your entries! The challenge this week is to make a Halloween treat container. Here is mine-I followed a tutorial (here) to make my milk container, and used a few ghosties that I had cut from the mini monsters cart and a pumpkin from the MS seasonal cake cart--and a few embellishments I had dug out for halloween. Of course I used PK face stamps!!!
Sorry my camera just didn't like the lighting tonight! Hope you like it!
