CardzTV Sketch Challenge...

Hello!
Today we start a new sketch challenge over at CardzTV---use either sketch 5 or 6 (sketches can be found on Mary's blog: HERE) and make it a Thanksgiving Card.
I made this card using more of the embellishments I went through lately..trying to re-organize my room..and I really need to start using these up, and I thought this turkey was a cutie!
The sentiment is a CardzTV stamp from the set: FALL FUN.

Do you remember singing this song in school? I do!

Come join in the challenge!
Hope you have a great Thanksgiving Day!!

These are so much fun!!

This week our inspiration over at THE CUTTING CAFE- is: GABLE BOX

Yikes, I think I am in trouble! These were so easy and so much fun...that I can see lots and lots of GABLE BOXES in my future!! I made up two of the Mini Gable Boxes, (there are bigger ones on the file too) and decorated them with some stickers I have had for a long time, and I just love how they turned out!! These will be perfect for something little for my Grandsons teacher and her assistant right before Thanksgiving break!
They would also be perfect for the mailman, the garbage guy, your hairdresser.....as a little Thank you for your service at Christmas or any time of the year!
OR ya know what they would also be perfect for? Baby showers, or you could even use these adorable little boxes as decorations with names on them for your seating arrangements....you get it-the possibilities are endless!!

I hope you will stop by THE CUTTING CAFE BLOG on the 7th to see the rest of the DT inspiration!
And don't forget, you can now get clear stamps, and tons of other amazing crafty items over at
too!!

My Sweet Sunflower

Hello!
Time again for Saturday Paper A La Mode's new challenge for the week!
The challenge is Flowers...
This week we are sponsored by....Star Stampz
I have used their digital image My Sweet Sunflower...isn't she just gorgeous!?!
(I really enjoyed making this card!)

I colored her up with my copics, fussy cut her out, stamped out the sentiment from Craftin Desert Divas' stamp set Simply said. I used designer papers from the DCWV's The Fun in the Sun Summer Glitter stack.
The embellishments are from simple Stories - Rad collection, and I also added a tiny bit of Wink of Stella to the middle of the flower and her heart barrette.

Hope you can join our challenge this week!
Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Howl-oween!

Hello!
I have a fun card to share with you today...for the new challenge over at CARDZTV!  We had the option of using sketch 4 or 5, and making a Halloween card.
You can find Mary's sketches HERE.
I used sketch 5 for my Halloween card....I also used:

The stamp I used actually says Happy Owl-oween....but since I wasn't using an Owl, I simply stamped the Happy...then the H again if front of the Owl-oween!!!
I love being able to make even more sentiments with my CardzTV stamp sets!!

The Monsters, her bow, moon, tree and bats were all cut out with my Cricut.
I also used some NUVO Crystal Drops on my card, and a bit of faux stitching, but it is hard to see on my picture.
Hope you will join our challenge this week! It was lots of fun!

Ribbon Tic TacHolder Box

Good evening!
This week for THE CUTTING CAFE we are doing Cancer awareness projects....I picked the: RIBBON TIC TAC HOLDER BOX.

I just love this glitter paper that I purchased from THE CUTTING CAFE SHOP, where you can find all kinds of crafty goodies....papers, ribbon, clear stamps, embellishments, white gel pens.....you really want to check it out, if you have never been to the online store!!

I couldn't find the white and pink Tic Tacs at the store I went to - so I will have to check somewhere else so I can put them in the box....but I am really excited that I thought to use that glitter paper...it really shines,  and it cut out on my Cricut fantastic!! I used the custom dial and turned it to glitter card stock...easy peasy!!
I hope you will stop by THE CUTTING CAFE BLOG tomorrow and see what the rest of the DT have in store to share with you!
